Who We Are / What We Do
Area Landmarks...
The Lodge is made up of men from the age of eighteen to their nineties. The average age of the membership is in the mid forties, and the average age of our leadership is around fifty. Almost every profession is represented, too numerous to mention here.
What We Do...
Service is a big part of Masonry and our Lodge. We have members who volunteer at the local VA Hospital or who are on board of Charitable Organizations. Every September, the Lodge provides free Child Identifications to parents at the Abbott Kenney Street Fair held in Venice. We also pitch in as other needs arise.
From local Lodges to the California Grand Lodge, there are many opportunities to seek out further Masonic Education. Some are historical in nature while others focus on improving Lodge Leadership and Governance. Still others are designed to help Mason’s better communicate our purposes and meanings.
Social
We provide many opportunities to bring the whole family together. They include Dodger Games on the Fourth of July, Luncheon / Dinner Theater, The Getty Center Museum, Ronald Reagan Library, Holiday Parties and Luau’s, just to name a few. We also have many opportunities to get together for Masonic related events such as the Annual Installation of our Officers, our annual trip to San Francisco to participate in the business of our California Grand Lodge and Honorary Dinners for members from both our Lodge as well as our neighboring Lodges.
